PSG is whistling about financial fair play: We don’t care!
Paris Saint-Germain are facing trouble from UEFA because of the record transfers of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe. But the PSG boss is not aware of any guilt. Paris Saint-Germain continues to maintain its position that the transfers of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe this summer do not violate the rules of financial fair play. PSG boss Nassar Al-Khelaifi used the idea of joining Mbappe on Wednesday to defend the transfer policy of his clubs vehemently:”If other clubs do not agree with our financial fair play, this is not our problem”. PSG had, among other things, got rid of the Brazilian superstar Neymar for a fixed replacement of 222 million euros from FC Barcelona in the summer. On the last day of the transfer window, the club also announced that Monaco’s Mbappe, which will initially only be moving to the French capital on loan, will be able to purchase an option for next year, supposedly worth around 180 million euros.
