Ehliz extends contract with Ice Tigers
International player Yasin Ehliz will stay with the Nuremberg Ice Tigers for the long term.The club and the three-time World Cup participant are enthusiastic about the extra time.
In the German Ice Hockey League (DEL regular LIVE on TV on SPORT1) top-ranked Nuremberg Ice Tigers relies on striker Yasin Ehliz in the long term.The contract with the international player was prematurely extended for another three years until 2021.
“The club announced that”the DEL’s most coveted striker remains in Nuremberg.
Ehliz has been playing for the Franconian team for seven years now,”I feel very comfortable here with the Ice Tigers and Nuremberg has become my second home,”said the 24-year-old.
“I enjoy the full support of the coaches and get a lot of ice age and responsibility.These were the decisive reasons for me.”
In October 2010, at the age of only 17 years, he made his DEL debut for Nuremberg.In 332 games so far, he has scored 80 goals and prepared 148.Ehliz participated with the national team in three world championships.
