In Mesut Özil, Antonio Rüdiger and Jürgen Klopp, three Germans have left their mark on the matchday during the week. Wayne Rooney shines with a hat-trick – including a goal from his own half.
Bavaria loan Renato Sanches, on the other hand, is more of a bogeyman.

Jürgen Klopp leads his FC Liverpool to the next Premier League success. At temperatures around freezing point, the German team remains ice cold and shoots the opponent out of their own stadium.
FC Everton – West Ham United 4-0
Wayne Rooney lives up to his name as England’s record scorer. With a hat-trick, the 32-year-old almost manages to beat West Ham on his own.
Bournemouth – FC Burnley 1:2
The surprise team of the season continues to cause a sensation. FC Burnley is celebrating a dream goal and snatching the next victory against Bournemouth.
Brighton & Hove Albion – Crystal Palace 0:0
Table taillight Crystal Palace doesn’t succeed against Brighton & Hove the longed-for liberation stroke.
West Bromwich Albion – Newcastle United 2:2
West Bromwich considers himself to be a sure winner after a double strike at the half-time break. Newcastle gets a penalty kick seven minutes before the end.
Leicester City – Tottenham Hotspur 2:1
Tottenham Hotspur suffers a severe setback in the Champions League race, with dream goals from Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez to win Leicester.
