Zidane’s son moves to Switzerland
Zinedine Zidane, the eldest son of Real-Coach Zinedine Zidane, cancels his contract in Spain and will try his luck in Switzerland. Enzo Zidane’s career has faltered most recently.
The Swiss first league club FC Lausanne-Sport has a prominent new addition.
Enzo Zidane, the eldest of four sons of former French World and European Champion Zinedine Zidane, changes from Deportivo Alaves from the Spanish Primera Division to the fifth in the Super League. As the Basques announced on Saturday evening, the treaty with the 22-year-old offensive player had previously been terminated by mutual agreement.
Enzo Zidane had only changed to Alaves in the summer and only made four compulsory appearances. Previously, he had gone through the junior teams of Champions League winner Real Madrid, where his father has been head coach since January 2016.
