Esteban Loaiza’s in big trouble. At the former MLB pitcher, a huge amount of drugs is found in the apartment building – probably cocaine.
Former All Star pitcher Esteban Loaiza has been arrested after finding a huge amount of drugs in his rented house in California.
Loaiza, active in Major League Baseball (MLB) for eight different teams from the 1995-2008 season, discovered 20 kilos of white powder – probably cocaine with a market value of $500,000. This was announced by the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department.
The Mexican Loaiza had been stopped for a traffic offence. While searching the car, the officers found a secret compartment for contraband. Then the discovery was made in the house. The two-time All Star Loaiza is accused of owning, transporting and selling drugs. He’s due to appear in court on Wednesday.
