Zverev embarrasses Oldie
Alexander Zverev loses his opening match against a clear outsider at the ATP tournament in Rotterdam.
Germany’s top player Alexander Zverev surprisingly missed his way into the final eight at the ATP tennis tournament in Rotterdam.
The fourth in the world rankings was defeated by Italy’s Andreas Seppi 4:6,3:6 in the last sixteen and has to digest the next disappointment after his third round out at the Australian Open.
Against the world’s number 81, the 20-year-old Hamburg player did not find his way to the game, especially on his own serve. Zverev had to give up his service four times in total. After 1:19 hours Seppi turned his first match point.
