    Hazard criticizes Carrasco-Transfer:”A bit bizarre.”

Eden Hazard, captain of the Belgian national team, commented on the dubious move of Yannick Carrasco from Ateltico Madrid to China.

Yannick Carrasco’s move from Atletico Madrid to China for only 30 million euros was a great surprise.

The Belgian international is considered to be a great talent, but he is now playing for the Chinese top flight starter Dalian Yifang. The change of the 24-year-old is also an issue in his national team.

Eden Hazard, captain of Belgium and star of Chelsea, commented with surprise in the Belgian media:”I cannot look into Yannick’s head. His choice for China is a bit bizarre, but he will have his reasons,”said the 27-year-old.

Hazard suspects that “he wanted to get away from Atlético and maybe only had one solution”. In Madrid, Carrasco, with his coach Diego Simeone and some fellow players, is said to have fought over himself.

Chelsea midfielder Hazard also takes a positive view of the change:”If he had stayed with Atlético, he might not have played at all. That is at least the case now. It’s better to play in China than not to play in Spain.”

Hazard does not see Carrasco’s chances of winning the World Cup as being jeopardized by the transfer,”We know Yannick’s level in the national team. The World Cup is already over in three months and by then he won’t lose his level,”Hazard said and went on to say:”I’m not worried about Yannick. Everyone knows his qualities.”
