Spurs worried: Kane injured again
Tottenham is worried about Harry Kane. At the victory in Bournemouth, the international player is once again injured at his ankle and may be threatened to fall out for a longer period of time.
Job’s message for Tottenham Hotspur: Harry Kane has again injured himself and is threatening to fail for a longer period of time.
England international Harry Kane suffered the blow of a 4-1 win at AFC Bournemouth when he bumped into opponent Artur Boruc in the first half.
Kane had to be replaced after half an hour and limped off the court. The extent of the injury was initially unclear.
“We’ll just have to wait and see,”said Spurs coach Mauricio Pochettino after the whistle,”He had an ankle injury once before – we hope it won’t be so serious this time.”
As a reminder: 24-year-old Kane, who leads the Premier League’s scoring list with 24 goals together with Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah, has been forced to take a break several times during his career due to injury.
Last season he had been absent for several weeks due to a ligament injury, but was still the English top scorer with 29 goals.
