Spurs goal scorer Kane drops out longer
Tottenham star Harry Kane has sustained another ligament injury to his ankle. The English national player will probably not be able to train again until next month.
Bad news for Tottenham Hotspur: Top goal scorer Harry Kane has suffered a ligament injury in his right ankle.
This was announced by Tottenham on Wednesday after several investigations. Kane injured himself in a 4-1 win at AFC Bournemouth on Sunday when he bumped into the opposing goalkeeper Artur Boruc.
After half an hour the 24-year-old was replaced with a limp. According to Tottenham, Kane is expected to return to team training next month.
Already last season, the goalscorer with a similar injury dropped out several weeks.
