Kawashima helps Senegal
Senegal started very dominant: In the eleventh minute Sabaly fired a rather harmless shot towards the goal, Kawashima fisted the leather right on Mané’s knee – from there it jumped into the goal (11th). This leadership was deserved, even if it came off a little happily. The “Lions of Teranga” wanted to follow up immediately, Niang’s finish was harmless (14th) and Sarr’s shot parried Kawashima (22nd).
