Dale Jr. and Joey Logano had a humorous conversation prior to the Bristol Cup race last week. Netflix premiered “NASCAR: Full Speed,” a documentary series about the top stock car racing series, in January. The series gained significant interest from fans due to its more accurate portrayal of the racing championship. A notable moment in the show was when NASCAR Hall of Famer called Dale Earnhardt Jr., a two-time NASCAR Cup champion, an insurance salesman. Earnhardt Jr. jokingly pointed out that when he’s not racing, he could easily be mistaken for an insurance salesman. Logano playfully confronted Earnhardt Jr. about his comments during the Bristol Motor Speedway Cup race. They had a laugh about it and discussed their respective abilities in racing and sales. Logano, who is currently facing challenges in the 2024 season, hopes to have a race that will boost his momentum and result in a top-5 finish or a win. He acknowledges that he needs to improve his performance on the track and in the pit-road.
