Dominik Szoboszlai may be sidelined for the next four weeks due to an injury, as reported by Hungarian outlet Index (via Liverpool Echo). The Liverpool midfielder was absent from the squad during their 3-1 defeat to Arsenal over the weekend. According to Index, the 23-year-old is currently struggling with a recurring injury, similar to the one he encountered in January, which affected his hamstring. This setback couldn’t have come at a worse time for Jurgen Klopp’s side, as they aim to regain their momentum in the title race. Losing Szoboszlai, who is arguably their most creative player, is a significant setback. If the former RB Leipzig player is indeed out for the next four weeks, he will be unavailable for the upcoming fixtures listed below:
– Burnley (Premier League) on February 10
– Brentford (Premier League) on February 17
– Luton Town (Premier League) on February 21
– Chelsea (Carabao Cup Final) on February 25
– Watford/Southampton (FA Cup Fourth Round) on February 28
– Nottingham Forest (Premier League) on March 2
– Europa League Round of 16 first leg on March 7
