The upcoming clash between PFL and Bellator, known as the Champions event, signifies the beginning of a fresh chapter, accompanied by a revamped broadcast crew.
This thrilling event is scheduled to take place on Feb. 24 at Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will be available for viewing on ESPN+, DAZN, and ESPNews.
Following PFL’s acquisition of Bellator, a team of expert analysts and commentators, who were previously affiliated with each organization, has been assembled.

Sean O’Connell, a former UFC fighter and PFL season champion, will take on the role of play-by-play announcer, a position he has held since the inception of the PFL tournament format in 2018.
Chael Sonnen, also known as “The American Gangster,” who has worked with both PFL and Bellator in the past, will provide insightful color commentary for this event, which will showcase thrilling clashes between the two organizations.
Randy Couture, a UFC Hall of Famer, will join the team as a color commentator, a role he has fulfilled for several years under the PFL banner.
Completing the color commentary lineup is Dan Hardy, a former UFC fighter and analyst, who will break down the action and offer expert analysis.
Renowned officiating pioneer “Big” John McCarthy will transition from his previous role as Bellator color commentator to become a rules and scoring analyst, providing valuable insights into potential regulatory developments in real-time.
Amanda Guerra, who joins from the Bellator brand, will contribute as a reporter, conducting interviews and reporting from backstage and the crowd.
Josh Thomson will take on the role of a reporter, conducting interviews with the fighters’ teams, but his interviews will primarily take place in the corners.
Ian Parker, known for his expertise in sports betting, will provide valuable insights into the world of sports betting, a role he has previously fulfilled for the UFC and PFL.
Jonathan Coachman, a long-standing sports personality, will also analyze the betting lines. Coachman has previously worked as on-air talent for WWE and served as a pre-show analyst for PFL.
