Friday was an eventful day for former UFC champion Sean Strickland. Shortly after engaging in a physical altercation with streamer Sneako and issuing threats to Jake Paul on X, Strickland found himself in another confrontation, this time face-to-face with music artist Machine Gun Kelly.
Strickland and MGK crossed paths as spectators at a star-studded Power Slap event at Durango Casino & Resort in Las Vegas. Inside Fighting managed to capture a portion of the interaction on video. It’s important to note that the altercation did not escalate to physical violence.
The exact cause of the altercation remains unclear, but Strickland can be heard referring to MGK as “weird” and mocking his choice of clothing. As he walked away, Strickland turned back and taunted, “I’m easy to find, vampire man.”
Before the video of the incident circulated on social media, Strickland took to X to share that something had transpired between him and MGK. He wrote, “I almost hit a vampire tonight… lol! They said his name is machine gun kelly.. How do you have a dope ass name and dress like a 13 goth south park character?!?”
Following the conclusion of the Power Slap event in Las Vegas, UFC CEO Dana White addressed the altercation during a news conference. After a brief pause filled with laughter, White remarked, “You can’t bring Sean Strickland around any other human beings. You know what I mean? It has nothing to do with Machine Gun Kelly. It’s about humans.”
Strickland didn’t stop at his initial X post. He proceeded to tag MGK’s fiancé Megan Fox in a follow-up tweet. The former champion even took a swipe at the movie “Transformers,” in which Fox starred.
The public has yet to hear MGK’s response to the incident.
