United Autosports has unveiled a new design for their #59 and #95 McLaren 720S GT3 Evo entries in the 2024 FIA World Endurance Championship. The liveries, created by Sean Bull Design, draw inspiration from the 1995 Le Mans 24 Hours-winning #59 McLaren F1 GTR, combining a black and papaya color scheme. The Yorkshire-based team will represent McLaren in the LMGT3 category, joining eight other manufacturers. Richard Dean, CEO of United Autosports, expressed pride in the new look, stating that it pays homage to McLaren’s racing heritage while also being a part of their current lineup. Michael Leiters, CEO of McLaren Automotive, highlighted the importance of racing for the McLaren brand and the WEC as a platform to showcase their supercar engineering programs. The #59 and #95 cars will debut at the Prologue in Qatar on February 24-25, followed by the start of the season on March 2.
