Spanish racing driver Fernando Alonso retired from the 100km sprint race on April 20 due to a puncture and damage resulting from a collision with Carlos Sainz of Ferrari. To address the matter, stewards have announced that a virtual video conference will take place on Friday during the Miami Grand Prix. The conference will involve representatives from both teams and will be conducted in two parts. The first part will focus on determining if there is any significant and relevant new information that was not available at the time of the original decision. If deemed necessary by the stewards, a second part will be conducted. (Reporting by Alan Baldwin)
