In the caption accompanying the post, Ryan revealed that he had been bedridden for the past month due to gastrointestinal problems, which prevented him from eating and exercising. Despite facing numerous obstacles, the grappler managed to engage in a rigorous workout last week. Displaying his muscular physique, Ryan proudly showcased his muscle mass despite his illness.
