Christopher Bell has made his decision on the top superstars in NASCAR based on their racing accomplishments. He believes that drivers like RCR’s Austin Dillon, JGR’s Kyle Busch, Team Penske’s Brad Keselowski, and RFK Racing’s Bubba Wallace are the leading drivers in terms of wins.
