Almost every day, I come across numerous custom V-Rods that have been skillfully and imaginatively put together by individuals from various parts of the world. Occasionally, there are builds that stand out for their unique qualities, and one such bike is the Toxicator.
The Toxicator is the creation of Devin Diego Designs, an American custom garage known for their badass yet sophisticated builds. It caught our attention because customizing stock Harleys, especially V-Rods, is not a common practice among U.S.-based businesses. However, DD has managed to make a name for themselves in this niche and has proven their expertise.
While the exact year of the Toxicator’s original production is unknown, its current form is undeniably eye-catching. DD has incorporated their handmade parts throughout the bike, complemented by carefully selected components from other sources. The fenders, for instance, are crafted in-house and fitted onto front and rear wheels of 120mm and 280mm width, respectively.
At the front, the bike features a one-inch riser, a drag bar, custom mirrors, and an LED headlight. Moving towards the rear, we are presented with a customized Night Rod tank that includes a speedometer, as well as a luxurious leather and suede-covered custom seat. The bike concludes with a fender adorned with Kellerman tail lights.
Underneath its sleek matte black paint job, the Toxicator is equipped with a stock engine that has been enhanced with a tuning package, a K&N air filter, and an Akrapovic exhaust system. Although the exact performance improvements remain undisclosed, it is expected to deliver an enhanced riding experience.
To ensure a comfortable and dynamic ride, the entire bike is supported by an air ride system with progressive lowering suspension at the front.
Unfortunately, the total cost of the Harley-Davidson Toxicator project and its current location are not publicly available. However, this is a common characteristic of custom Harleys, and it does not diminish our appreciation for them.
