For the fourth consecutive year, we requested evaluations from MLB scouting departments to assess the caliber of the draft on a scale of 29-80.
As part of our preseason All-America voting process, we inquire about the scouting directors’ assessment of the draft class’s overall strength. This endeavor aims to quantify the collective expertise and establish a more objective means of comparing the perceived strengths and weaknesses of each draft class prior to the amateur season.
This is the ultimate objective.
