Valtteri Bottas, a seasoned driver in the current F1 lineup, has been competing in the sport since 2013. With a considerable amount of experience under his belt, Bottas is currently associated with the Stake team and has expressed his intention to continue racing for the foreseeable future.
At 34 years old, Bottas aims to emulate Fernando Alonso’s longevity in Formula 1. Despite being 42 years old, Alonso continues to push the boundaries of the sport. Bottas admires the career path of the Aston Martin F1 driver and aspires to follow a similar trajectory.
When questioned about his future, Bottas stated, “I don’t have a specific timeframe in mind for my F1 career to end. I’m 34 now, and Fernando Alonso is 65 (laughs), so he serves as a great example that age doesn’t hinder performance.”
