Ferrari has revealed an updated version of its 499P livery for the upcoming 2024 FIA World Endurance Season. This marks the official launch of their campaign and their aim to defend their 2023 Le Mans victory.
The car’s primary color remains the iconic red, as expected. The yellow highlights, known as ‘Giallo Modena’ by Ferrari, have also been retained, similar to last year. However, there have been changes in the placement of these highlights. They can now be seen on the top of the sharkfin, the rear wing endplates, and around the cockpit area. Additionally, there is a stripe running lengthwise near the rear wheels.
The drivers for the factory-entered 499Ps remain the same as last year. The Le Mans-winning #51 will be driven by Alessandro Pier Guidi, James Calado, and Antonio Giovinazzi, while the sister #50 will be piloted by Antonio Fuoco, Miguel Molina, and Nicklas Nielsen.
The 2024 FIA World Endurance Championship is set to commence on Saturday, 2nd March, with the 1812km Qatar race. Until then, feast your eyes on the magnificent new Ferrari 499P below!
