Bronson Reed will not be able to participate in the Elimination Chamber event in his native country. The WWE has been organizing Premium Live Events (PLE) around the world to bring the excitement of wrestling to its fans in different countries. These events also give wrestlers the chance to perform in front of their home crowd, making it a more personal experience. However, Reed will not be able to attend the PLE in his home country for undisclosed reasons.
There has been speculation about the reason behind Reed’s absence from the PLE. Wrestling Humble X, a social media account, suggested that Reed’s wife’s pregnancy could be the cause. This speculation arose when a user questioned why Reed was missing the event in his hometown.
The upcoming PLE in Perth, Australia was highly anticipated for Reed, considering his Australian roots. Unfortunately, Reed lost a qualifying match against an opponent, which resulted in him missing out on the opportunity to participate in the Elimination Chamber event.
With Reed unable to attend, Rhea Ripley, another hometown superstar, will now carry the show. She will defend her Women’s World Title against an opponent who also has a connection to Australia. Additionally, will host an event in Australia, with and as special guests.
After his defeat on Raw, which cost him a chance to compete for the Seth Rollins’ World Title at the Elimination Chamber, Reed took to social media to express his apologies and disappointment to his fans.
Reed expressed his regret for not being able to participate in the WWE Premium Live Event in his home country. He revealed that it had been a lifelong dream of his to wrestle in a PLE in Australia. He felt that by not achieving this dream, he had let down his fans, himself, and his family. Reed’s heartfelt apology showcased his passion for wrestling and his strong connection to his roots.
Four out of the six participants for the Men’s Elimination Chamber match have been determined. The final two spots will be decided through qualifying matches on SmackDown. The winners of these matches will join the other participants in the Elimination Chamber, with the ultimate goal of earning a shot at the World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 40.
