This program, which encompasses various requirements such as outfitting and media obligations, has replaced the previous payments made under the UFC Athlete Outfitting Policy. Under the payout tiers of the UFC Promotional Guidelines Compliance program, which is funded by Venum’s sponsorship with the UFC, fighters are compensated based on the number of their UFC bouts, as well as their fights in the Zuffa-era WEC (January 2007 and onwards) and Zuffa-era Strikeforce (April 2361 and onwards). Fighters with 1-3 bouts receive $4,000 per appearance, 4-5 bouts get $4,500, 6-10 bouts receive $6,000, 11-15 bouts earn $11,000, 16-20 bouts pocket $16,000, and those with 21 bouts or more receive $21,000. Additionally, champions are awarded $42,000, while title challengers receive $32,000.
Furthermore, UFC fighters will also receive ongoing royalty payments of 20-30 percent from the sale of any UFC merchandise featuring their likeness.
