Former star player of the New York Giants, Eli Manning, has a diverse range of roles. He is not only an exceptional former NFL quarterback, but also an NFL analyst for ESPN, the host of Eli’s Places, and, as it turns out, a skilled craps player.
This revelation comes after Manning was seen spending several hours at a craps table in Florida last week. Video footage of him rolling the dice suggests that he had a successful streak.
According to TMZ, Manning arrived at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, before 9:30 PM and stayed past 2:30 AM. Throughout the evening, he appeared to be winning money, with only a short break for food.
The video shows Eli Manning enjoying himself and experiencing success. He enthusiastically high-fives fellow players at the craps table and even embraces a friend to celebrate a significant win.
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson famously nicknamed him “Human Carbon Monoxide,” and it seems like Manning’s luck extends beyond the football field.
TMZ reports that Manning had approximately $40,000 in chips in front of him, while some of his fellow players had over $100,000.
According to Spotrac.com, Eli Manning has earned over $252 million throughout his football career. With his ESPN salary and various endorsement deals, he certainly has the financial means to gamble a few thousand dollars, especially on a relatively low-risk game like craps.
In addition to having his jersey retired and being inducted into the New York Giants’ Ring of Honor, Manning will be eligible for the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2025. His chances of being inducted are likely similar to his odds of winning at craps.
It seems that luck has always been on Eli’s side.
